DV Catena é fruto do equilíbrio encontrado através de um blend da mesma uva plantada em diferentes vinhedos da família Catena em Mendoza. Neste DV Catena Chardonnay-Chardonnay temos uvas provenientes do vinhedo La Pirámide que aportam aromas de frutas maduras como abacaxi e pêssego e uvas provenientes do vinhedo Domingo que aportam aromas cítricos e minerais. Este Chardonnay é intenso e elegante. Na boca é untuoso com um final prolongado e fresco.

Vinificação
Fermentação em tanques de aço inoxidável com controle de temperatura por 23 dias. 50% do lote passa por fermentação malolática.
Vinhedo
Uvas provenientes dos vinhedos La Pirámide em Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo (950m) e Vinhedo Domingo localizado em Villa Bastías, Tupungato (1120m).
Maturação
Maturado por 6 meses sobre as borras em barricas de carvalho francês e tanques de aço inox. Battonage uma vez por semana.
